Associate License Information
An Associate License is for appraisers in training. This steeply discounted price is our way of helping to mitigate the cost of training a new associate.

Clerical License Information
A Clerical License is intended for file set-up and basic data, including comp data, but not analysis work or report writing. Narrative1 will install and ensure the software is working properly, however, the primary license holder is responsible for training all clerical users.

Clerical staff does not include analysts, appraisers or trainees.

Support Information
Phone and email support and product updates is available for 12 months after the software has been purchased, or 12 months after a support contract has been purchased. Support is available from 9-5 eastern time, M-F.

Support includes:
  • Initial training and training on new features
  • Support to ensure functional operation of Narrative1, including file repairs
  • Product updates
  • Database hosting (Comparable Sales, Leases, Contacts and Autotext)
  • Database backups & restoration
  • Working with Anti-virus programs so they do not interfere with Narrative1
Support excludes:
  • Repairing corrupted files that were not caused by Narrative1
  • Repairing broken files where the damage was caused by negligence on the part of the user
  • Appraisal problems not related to software support

The Narrative1 Autotext is a database system for MS Word sections. A section can be as short as a single character, or many pages in length. It can contain images, tables, links, fields; virtually anything that can be created in MS Word. The Narrative1 Autotext system utilizes the same network SQL database system as the comps database, which is the key advantage: Narrative1 Autotext can be accessed from all your computers.

Import Comps/Upload Excel
This utility will upload data from an Excel file to the Narrative1 Database. This is a powerful tool for moving databases to the Narrative1 system, as well as routinely uploading comp data from numerous data sources. Since many data services export to Excel, the data mapping can be saved for future imports.

Project Management The Project Management module allows Administrators to view, track and sort in-process and completed appraisal projects.
